Product Description.

Our fast-growing range of Vancouver doors is always one of the most popular styles we stock. Their high-quality construction combined with their simple, structured design means a Vancouver door can fit comfortably in an ultra-modern, minimalist interior or it can bring a delightfully contemporary twist to a more traditional room.

The new for 2020 Vancouver Smoked Oak 5P Fire door, gives you a dark matt finish, with a creative timber grain look. These fully finished Vancouver Smoked Oak Fire doors are just part of the range, which creates a warm and appealing style for your home. Ultra-modern, and cutting edge design is why LPD Doors continue to lead the way in the UK door market. These dark, grey, verging on black Fire doors are manufactured to the standard Vancouver design, with 5 horizontally veneered centre panels surrounded by 2 vertically veneered stiles, which gives these doors a level of elegance above all others. These Smoked Oak Fire doors are designed and manufactured to meet the latest in UK Building Regulations with their FD30 compliance, meaning that they will protect from the spread of fire between rooms for a minimum 30 minutes.

What is a fire door?

Fire Doors (FD30 fire rated doors) are doors which are suitable for use in homes or light commercial use. All Express Doors fire doors are 44mm thick and can prevent the passage of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Local authorities recommend that fire doors be positioned between garages and kitchens and/or between kitchens and other rooms. They are also a necessity where risks of fire may be higher and to protect stairwells and hallways in commercial properties such as B&B's.
