Product Description.

The crisp, minimalist design of shaker style doors make them a perennially popular choice. Their clean, multipanel layout makes this style endlessly versatile and able to suit any home. Whether you’re going for a bright, modern interior or a rustic cottage vibe, a shaker style internal door could be the perfect door for you.

White Shaker 2 panel fire doors have become increasingly popular with the move towards white finishes and simple designs adopted by modern interior designers. These Shaker Style 2 Panel doors have crisp square edges and flat panels, which look great with kitchen designs that use shaker style doors. Our White Shaker 2 Panel fire door option supports this range of doors, which includes clear and frosted glass options as well as the standard 35mm option. All are very competitively priced, all have a solid core, so you feel the quality when you open and close the door, and all are finished in a high-quality prime finish allowing you to hang the doors when they arrive. This White Shaker 2 Panel Fire door option is designed, manufactured and tested to meet the latest in UK Building Regulations, with its FD30 rating, meaning that you have peace of mind in knowing that you have a safe environment for a minimum 30 minutes in an unfortunate fire situation.

What is a fire door?

Fire Doors (FD30 fire rated doors) are doors which are suitable for use in homes or light commercial use. All Express Doors fire doors are 44mm thick and can prevent the passage of fire and smoke for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Local authorities recommend that fire doors be positioned between garages and kitchens and/or between kitchens and other rooms. They are also a necessity where risks of fire may be higher and to protect stairwells and hallways in commercial properties such as B&B's.
