Once fully finished, your doors should be simple to maintain. Keep clean with a mild detergent and water, a wipe down should do the trick. If you have glazing included, use a glass cleaner or soapy water with a squeegee for a sparkling finish.

Just like any wooden doors, it's important to look out for any damage to the finish that could let moisture in. Sand down and refinish as soon as possible to keep doors in top condition.

Finally, you may need to tighten hinges periodically to maintain alignment between the top and bottom section of the door. If you feel the two parts sticking or rubbing, check the hinges for adjustment as they may have come slightly loose.

However, stable doors can also be used just like a normal external door, by securing one half of the door to the other.
